We live in a nice quiet neighborhood in Glen Burnie, Maryland.  I am a Stay-at-Home Mom with a 22 month old daughter.  I started this playgroup for 2 reasons - 1) to give my daughter playmates and socialization and 2) to earn some extra income for our household. 

**Attention Parents whose children have allgergies or are afraid of animals** - We have 4 pets, 2 dogs and 2 cats.  The animals are kept in a seperate area of the house during playgroup just to keep every one content, but children with allergies would probably be best not to attend as they usually have full roam of the house.  

We have a very large backyard where we will spend atleast a part of each playgroup, weather permitting.  We also have lots of books and toys.  Snacks and drinks are provided.  We just ask that you supply a cup for your child with his/her name on it.

  I send out an email each Saturday with the days and times of playgroups for the following week.  I just ask that you RSVP for any playgroups your child will be attending so that I know how many children will be coming and can plan activities and crafts accordingly. 

Playgroup will meet atleast 1 day a week, usually more, up to 3 days a week.  Times will vary but will usually be 9:30-12:30 or 10-1.  Cost for playgroup is $8.00/HR  per child.  For Mom's with more than 1 child, each additional child would be $5/HR.  We will not leave my house at any time during playgroup except for playing in the backyard. 

Once you join the playgroup mailing list I will send you a contact form to fill out. 

Please dress your child in play clothes and bring a cup with his/her name on it for snack time.  When Anne Arundel County Schools are closed for holidays or inclement weather, playgroup will be cancelled.  If you ever have to cancel or have questions about the days playgroup do not hesitate to call the number I will provide once you register for the playgroup mailing list. 

 Playgroups will not take place during Thanksgiving week, Christmas/New Years week, and 2 weeks in the summer when my family goes on vacation.
